Integrity & Quality Construction was established in 2006 as a high-end commercial/residential design/build company able to tackle any job from replacing a garbage disposal to a complete commercial development from site work through occupancy.

At inception, the two principals that partnered up to form the specialty firm, could boast over 75 years experience combined, in all aspects of the construction industry.

Roberto D’Angelo, an original partner, had to extricate himself from the company in 2008 due to health reasons. Peter Halan continues on as the president of IQ Construction with a mission to provide all of his customers with the ultimate in value. This is accomplished with a Christian mindset by delivering every job on time, for a reasonable price and with quality as the top goal.

IQ Construction is capable of performing a wide range of construction services in the Southeast Michigan area, including but not limited to:
